While growing up in Toronto, Taso spent the start of his working career as a service technician at his father’s coffee distribution company where he learned the ins and outs of the business. It wasn’t until 2017 when the opportunity arose for Taso to follow his passion of becoming the owner and operator of his very own repair company. He searched for the right location and decided that Ottawa was the perfect fit. With its growing economy and lack of equipment repair services, Taso took the risk and moved to Ottawa. During his time in Ottawa, Taso gained many relationships that helped him quickly excel in the industry. These connections created new opportunities to expand and evolve KafeQuip Repairs™ to not only coffee equipment, but to restaurant equipment and non restaurant related equipment.
During 2018, Taso was approached to take on paint sprayers, which was not part of his business plan, but was an opportunity that he could not refuse. Seeing that the demand was so high, he created an extension onto the business catered to paint sprayer repairs. While continuing to service his many clients, he had to undergo many hours of training to become just as knowledgeable in paint sprayers as he is with coffee equipment. Even though we are growing quickly, we promise to provide exceptional service to our new and existing clients.
